Soy Milk Lower Hypertension

No Coffee Raises Hypertension Risk
Coffee often be the enemy of the people with high blood pressure or hypertension, including heart disease and stroke. However, a study in the United States revealed that there was no evidence coffee may increase the risk of disease.
American Journal of Clinical Nutrition reported the results of research in her journal after combining with previous studies, which examined the respondent 170,000 people. “The habit of drinking 3 cups of coffee a day had nothing to do with an increased risk of hypertension,” said Liwey Chen, Public Health researchers from the University of Louisiana at New Orleans.
But this does not mean that drinking lots of coffee had no risk at all. The risk of hypertension for those who drank three cups of coffee a day course is slightly different than those who drank less than 3 cups.
