Eating a healthy diet is an element of a balanced and complete nutrition, needed by the body so the body’s vitality and health is well maintained and always vibrant.
Purpose of eating is healthy for our bodies to keep our bodies healthy, growing and developing well. Healthy and nutritionally balanced diet is not meant to be good food and expensive. However, eating healthy is eating contains many nutrients needed by the body.
A healthy diet will affect the development and growth of the body. If the food consumed contains enough nutrients needed by the body, the body and brain growth is also to be smooth. However, if foods contain many nutrients consumed less then the growth will be slow and susceptible to disease than that.
During pregnancy, a mother is required to maintain body weight to stay balanced. The reason, pregnant women who are obese are susceptible to disease and harmful to the baby’s health.
Gynaecology of India, Dr Suman Bijlani says that pregnant women need a balanced diet with some extra material to meet the needs of babies in the womb.
“You need to consume about 300 extra calories per day, which means an extra meal. But not too much because it makes you vulnerable to obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and make babies. Focus on the addition of extra protein, iron, andcalcium to the diet, “said Dr Bijlani, as reported by the Times of India.
